Intentions for the 2025-26 Hockey Season

In efforts to improve our planning, team declarations, coaching selections and scheduling for the 2025/26 season, please fill out the two-question survey (link below) with your intentions for next season. If you have more than one child in the program, please fill out one for each of them. Also, please fill out the questionnaire by May 27th. If you are undecided or do not have intentions to participate next season (there is a place to select those options).
