Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Squirt Scare - 10U
If a team withdraws prior to 30 days before the tournament start date, a full refund will be issued minus a $200 dollar administrative fee. After 30 days from the tournament start date, no refund will be issued unless a replacement team is found by the team that is withdrawing. Any team not accepted into the tournament will have their full entry fee refunded to them in the same manner in which it was paid.
WCHL Youth Hockey
Refunds may be requested based on the following: ● Player moves away ● Serious injury which prevents him/her from participating Refunds other than those detailed above may be requested through petition and approval by the SSYHA Board of Directors at their sole discretion. Refund Schedule: ● Withdrawal prior to September 30th - Full refund minus $100.00 Registration fee ● Withdrawal between October 1st and November 30th - 50% of total registration fee will be refunded ● No refunds will be issued after December 1st
CGHL Girls Hockey
