12U/10U Rules
- One full ice games per session
- Each game will be 5 on 5 with goalies
- 3 minute warmups
- 2 - 24 Minute Halves per game
- 2 minute halftime
- Line changes on the fly
- Each game will have one referee
- Normal USA Hockey rules
- Penalties – Stop and do 5 pushups
- Faceoff at the beginning of each half and after goals
- No faceoffs on a puck that is covered by the goalie
- Scoring team should back up out of the attacking zone
- Teams will change directions of attack between halves
