Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

2023 - 2024 Regular Season

Refunds may be requested based on the following: ▪ Player moves away ▪ Serious injury which prevents him/her from participating ▪ Refunds other than those detailed above may be requested through petition and approval by the SSYHA Board of Directors at their sole discretion Refund Schedule: ▪ Withdrawal prior to October 1st ($100.00 Registration fee charged) ▪ Withdrawal prior to November 1st (50% of total registration fee will be refunded) ▪ No refunds will be issued after December 1st
